Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until that date.
Refund Eligibility
PressKit Pro provides digital software access. Because of the nature of the service, refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We generally honor refund requests made within 48 hours of the initial purchase if you have not substantially used the paid features. Subscription renewals are not automatically refunded once a new billing period has started.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at ironvidcreator@gmail.com with the email address associated with your account, the date of purchase and a brief reason for the request. We aim to respond within 2-3 business days.
