Terms of Service
Last updated: August 30, 2026
Description of Service
PressKit Pro is a hosted media kit builder designed for content creators, influencers and digital professionals. The service allows registered users to create, publish and host live-updating media kits that include audience metrics, rate cards, social links and brand inquiry tools. Features and availability depend on the subscription plan selected.
Accounts and Security
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend or terminate access if we detect unauthorized use, misrepresentation of audience data, or violation of these terms.
Subscriptions and Payments
PressKit Pro is offered on the Pro ($19/month) and Unlimited ($29/month) plans. Payments are processed securely by Stripe and renew automatically each month until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals; access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period. Prices, features and plan names may change with reasonable notice.
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all content you upload or create within your media kits, including images, text and audience data. PressKit Pro retains ownership of the platform, code, branding and generated templates. Do not publish content that infringes on the rights of third parties.
Limitation of Liability
PressKit Pro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost deals, revenue or data loss beyond what is reasonably within our control.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the dashboard.
